Andy Sensabaugh
|
The service begins with singing by the choir and another heart felt testimony from Norma Anderson. Pastor Andy brings the message from James chapter 4 and from 2 Chronicles chapter 7. Although this is a message to the church, God reaches out for the sinner and saves a young woman. That woman happens to be the sister-in-law of Melanie Casey who sings with the Wings of Faith.

Carl Light recites his poem in honor of Pastor Andy Sensabaugh in recognition of National Pastor Appreciation Day, followed by his testimony. Rev Kevin Morris (now pastor of Greenvale Baptist Church) delivers one of the best messages on salvation that I have ever heard. | |

The service opens with singing by the choir, followed by a solo by Carolynn Larkins and a tirio of Carolynn, Stella Woods, and Norma Anderson singing "Wall of Prayer. Andy delivers a sermon which hits on several issues, but seems to be centered on humility, both toward God and toward one another. Unfortunately the sermon lasted longer than the recording and it ends suddenly.

The service begins with singing from the choir and a heart felt praise testimony by Norma Anderson. Pastor Andy brings a message from 1 Peter chapter 1. Among other issues brought out are responsibilities of a Christian and a call to labor and as always, ebeded in this message to the church is a call to the lost to come and be saved.

This was the Easter morning service. This service includes a very small portion of the Easter play that the church put on that morning followed by a good salvation message.

The choir begins with "There is coming a Day" (one of my favorites). Norma Anderson testifies and praises the Lord in a way that will surely stir your heart. Carl recites a poem the Lord gave him (Smiling Through Our Tears). Freddy Freeman brings a message that hits strongly on "Eternal Security" but how that security does not give us a free ticket to sin.

Wings of Faith |
This is one of the most spiritual services that I have been blessed to be in. Wings of Faith were there to sing before the pastor brought the message. The Lord begin to use them in such a powerful way that they never sat down. The ministry of the gospel through song had such a powerful annointing that night that two souls were saved during this service!

This is one of those messages that is difficult to describe by narrowing it down to one particular topic. The Holy Trinity is talked about, the power, sovreignty and mercy of God is talked about, the sacrifice of the Lamb of God is talked about, having a close relationship with God is talked about, the need for a savior is talked about.

Among the songs that the choir sings is "I'm In a New World" which is a personal favorite of mine. Three young ladies sing "Do You Know How it Feels?" which is another personal favorite. Pat Manis sings "Four Days Late" which is yet another personal favorite! Keith brings a message from the book of Haggia on "Consider Your Ways".

Freddy Freeman |
This service begins with good singing by the choir and a powerful testimony from Noma Anderson. Then Freddy Freeman and his sons Jason and James sing a couple of songs one of which is one of my favorite of all gospel songs, "Reunion". Freddy brings a message from the book of Mathew. He uses the analogy of the disiples crossing the sea to meet Jesus to illustrate the position of the church today being on stormy troubled waters yet pressing toward jesus. Then he uses the instruction of Jesus to Peter to "come" when he was walking on the water to illustrate our Lord's out stretched hand to sinners today inviting them to come.

Troy Daily |
From the fourth chapter of Hebrews, using the phrase of "Come boldly unto the throne of grace" Troy gets right down to the very essence of what "faith" truly is. Troy has a way of bringing to light the deeper meanings of scripture than are often only seen on the surface.

Troy Daily & Andy Sensabaugh |
When Troy Daily opens the service, the Holy Spirit comes upon him and the opening becomes a sermon in itself. It wasn't planned that way, but Troy was obedient and the result was a powerful and spirit filled service. When Troy turns the service over to Pastor Andy, the icing is put on the cake. A double portion of Holy Ghost preaching makes this service one to be remembered.

The Choir begins with "I'm in the Glory Land Way". Dustin Wolf sings a couple of songs. Norma Anderson sings "How Great Thou Art". Once again, Troy opens the service and like the Energizer Bunny just keeps on going! Troy preaches on "affliction" (but perhaps surprisingly, not as a bad thing). Pastor Andy then expounds on the message Troy delivered and closes the service.

This is one of the most memorable services I have ever bee in. Freddy Freeman gives a very powerful and humbling testimony and then his sister Norma Anderson gives another very powerful and very convicting testimony. Norma's testimony, brings such conviction on the congregation that the whole church is moved from a state of being weak in the Spirit to a state of being filled and running over with the Spirit. I've been in spiritualy dry services and I've been in services where the spirit was very strong; but this is the first time I was in a service where the strength of the spirit changed in strength from one extreme to the other in the middle of the service. God reached down and touched the service is all I can say.

Sandra Smallwood sings "When I Thank Him For What He Has Done", "I Heard a Sweet Voice", "I Want to Live There", and gives testimony. Pastor Andy brings a message from Genesis chapter 4 on the sacrifices of Cain and Abel.

After the serices are opened in the regular way, "New Vision" sing a few songs. The lead singer, "Gene Taylor" has since went to be with the Lord. After New Vision sings, Pastor Andy preaches a salvation message. This was recorded before the speaker started wearing a microphone, so the volume will fade in and out as Andy moves around while preaching.
